It is commonly agreed that approaches to tackling homelessness that focus on prevention are most effective and that partnership working and collaboration are key elements in a strong prevention strategy. Joint working can strengthen the potential of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. The new measures present an ideal opportunity to help shape a new prevention agenda and to help many more people avoid homelessness in the first place. In this interactive session, our expert panel of speakers will share their experiences and thoughts on what good partnership working looks like and what local authorities and their partners can be doing to maximise resources to tackle homelessness effectively. You will have the chance to pose questions to the panel and share your own experiences and opinions.
