This session will discuss the collaboration between Housing Plus Group (HPG), Phoenix Gas Services and Gas Tag to operate a fully transparent gas service and maintenance programme. Following a recent merger, HPG were looking for a way to manage gas servicing simply and safely. Existing documentation relating to gas was kept on a combination of systems, spreadsheets, with data being collected via two separate contractor IT systems. This meant HPG was unable to have the highest level of understanding surrounding a business critical aspect of its service.
