Session description:

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 include several new forms of procurement that enable dialogue or negotiation with potential suppliers as an integral part of the procurement process. This session will explore how organisations can use Competitive Dialogue and the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation to secure better outcomes from their procurement process. It will include live examples to demonstrate the significant enhancements (both commercial and qualitative) that these forms of procurement are delivering plus guidelines on dos and donts.
