What will be the impact of COVID on the future design and development of homes?

The social effects of COVID-19 will play out for many months and years to come. This will only increase pressure on the need for more affordable and healthy housing, of a decent size and quality and potentially with increased capacity for home working.

This session will seek to explore how the current pandemic could be a driver for new approaches to housing design and development models. How are the values and requirements of residents changing? What adaptations are being planned to ensure our homes are changing for the better?
