Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships all begin in Housing week – an event that delivers unparalleled networking opportunities for the 8000 people that attend.
Over 30 official fringe events take place within the four walls or in the Convention Quarter at Manchester – including a welcome dinner for 750 people, drinks receptions for 800, round tables with the Housing Minister and policy dinners within the Town Hall.
It is the only event in the housing calendar you can guarantee you will bump into the people you need in your network.
The opening ceremony to Housing week already attracting more than 750 of the sectors key leaders, the awards ceremony serves to highlight the individuals and teams that are leading the way in housing. Now is the ideal time to enter.
Housing has a host of amazing people attend and the sector is renowned for the career development and succession planning work it does. Take advantage of this in 2017 – when the music stops find your mentor!
Relax with friends, colleagues and peers for the final hour of each day – live music and games will ensure people leave Housing each day excited, reinvigorated and richer (at least in terms of knowledge) than when you arrived!
You are invited to join the following session as part of your visit to Housing 2017:
Peeling the PRS Onion
Wednesday 28th June, 9:00 - 10:30am, Charter 3
PRP host their annual breakfast seminar at Housing 2017. This years’ topic will feature a critical analysis of the Build to Rent sector, covering issues such as cultural fit, the issue of affordability within PRS, whether PRS truly can make the transatlantic leap from the US where it is tried and tested, and the issue of how far design quality can influence value.
With the first crop of these schemes beginning to complete, and 40,000 PRS homes in the planning pipeline, the event will draw on the perspective of prominent leaders in the field and hear their views on this growing sector and how it is transforming the housing market.
