Everyone should have access to a home that is decent, safe and secure. Awaab’s Law may require landlords to investigate and fix reported health hazards within seven days, and make emergency repairs within 24 hours of identification. Alongside the Housing Ombudsman, speakers will highlight their work to improve communication, keep effective records, and swiftly handle complaints in order to put things right where they have gone wrong.
