One group of residents that is often under-represented  during engagement activities is younger tenants. It is vital that landlords are able to engage with this group as they are the future tenants for years to come and can help shape the community they want to live in.

Young care leavers in particular face a greater risk of homelessness so what are landlords doing to identify the barriers or challenges they may be facing? This might include past trauma or complex mental health conditions or neurodivergent needs. How can the sector better engage and support them at this critical period in their lives and build a trusting relationship?
