Menopause has forced almost 900,000 women to leave their jobs in the UK*. Despite this loss of so many experienced women from the workforce and its impact on productivity, menopause symptoms are rarely discussed in the sector.

Every one of our colleagues will at some point experience menopause or be close to somebody suffering it. How can we change culture and policy so that women always have the support they need to thrive at work?

This session will bring together frank and honest experiences and seek to find practical measures that organisations can take to support staff. This includes raising awareness, educating and giving colleagues access to advice on navigating the impact of menopause on their personal and work lives.

Ultimately, how can we better understand and support one another because the more we engage and talk about the menopause, the less alone women will feel.
