Tackling damp and mould, building safety, disrepair and energy efficiency are of upmost priority for housing providers. Yet these approaches to improve existing homes are still being looked at in silos. This session will explore the funding, policy and strategy needed to implement a consistent and collaborative approach to improving housing quality to ensure all tenants and residents live in healthy, safe, and secure homes.
