What can you expect?
Taking place over three days there will be two theatres providing excellent content, a pow-wow area bringing tech suppliers together with their clients, drinks receptions and expert speakers.
Our sector is on a journey and Tech@Housing will ensure the innovation revolution has a firm date in the calendar every year at the leading event in housing.
We've done our research...
We recently held our first TECH@Housing advisory panel that brought together over 20 senior leaders from housing providers and the commercial sector. Over two hours of engaging debate and discussion key themes that emerged included:
Tech@Housing will examine innovative technology and practices adopted by players in the sector to positively change how their organisations are run and how to serve their tenants. We will also discuss what emerging technology is set to disrupt the sector in the near future.
Gauging how service capability can be drastically improved through the adoption of multichannel communications, smart home applications and data monitoring. We will also be exploring customer sentiment and uptake of tech enabled services.
Analysing how smart homes can improve efficiencies for housing associations, and also support the wellbeing and independence of tenants.
Examining how to utilise data. The implementation of GDPR is serving as a catalyst for housing associations to review their data. Combined with advances in machine learning and sensors in homes, there is an excellent opportunity for housing associations to build data plans which improve their service capability.

"We found Housing 2019 to be a highly effective event and a great place to launch our new system. Overall the exhibition provided high quality leads and consistently high footfall throughout the three days. We were so impressed, that in 2020 we have decided to increase our stand size from 36m2 to 108m2"

"The experience is a unique mix of networking, fun and learning. I have never experienced such a broad range of forward-thinking ways of hosting and presenting such as the silent talks that were happening around the venue and the model homes"
"In my opinion, it is the single most important housing event of the year where all serious sector leaders convene. To miss the event you run the risk of failing behind the leading pack,"
